  • people who attend our concerts;
  • subscribers and ticket purchasers;
  • anyone who makes a complaint to us.

We (or our participating organizations) have to hold the details of the people who have attended concerts, subscribed or bought tickets or requested information. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. When people subscribe to our services, they can cancel their subscription at any time.

Information sharing

We may share address list and associated information with our partners in Ludlow Arts: Classical. We do this to increase the circulation of information about classical music concerts in Ludlow and nearby. We do not share information on a wider basis.

Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘subject access’ request under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
